Information you provide

Quote checkout collects your name, email, optional company and street address, delivery country, town or city, postal code, selected configurations, quantities and any requirements you submit. Support and custom-build forms collect the details shown on those forms. Do not include payment card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

We use this information to prepare a quote, respond to your request, confirm delivery options, provide support and keep records needed for legal obligations. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely on pre-contractual steps requested by you, legal obligations or legitimate interests in responding to correspondence and preventing abuse. We do not use inquiry consent as blanket consent for unrelated marketing.

Browser storage and technical information

Your quote list is stored in local storage on your device so it can survive a reload. A completed quote-request reference and selected items may be kept in session storage for that tab. You can remove this data by clearing your list or your browser’s site data. Contact and delivery form fields are held in the page during checkout and submitted only when you send the request.

Hosting and email services process technical information needed to deliver the site and messages, such as IP addresses and request metadata. The application uses basic abuse controls. It does not install advertising trackers or request advertising-cookie consent for tools that are not in use.

Service providers and international handling

The site is hosted on Vercel and quote notifications are sent through the configured email delivery service, currently Resend, to our business mailbox. Information may be processed by these service providers or accessed for support outside your country, including in Hong Kong. Applicable international-transfer requirements must be observed. Contact us for details about the arrangements relevant to your request. We do not sell your inquiry information.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, any resulting purchase and support, and applicable legal or accounting duties. Unneeded quote information should be removed when the purpose ends; purchase and dispute records may need to be retained longer. You can request information about your data or ask for correction or deletion at info@vidarpcs.com. Rights to access, restrict processing, object, portability, withdraw consent or complain to a supervisory authority apply where provided by the relevant law. Deletion may be limited where records must lawfully be retained.
