The Vidar Vortex 16 is the entry tier of the gaming range: a 16-inch 1920×1200 panel, an Intel Core i7-12650H from the 12th generation and an NVIDIA RTX 3060. It is built on DDR4 memory, with options up to 64 GB, and storage options up to a 4 TB SSD. Windows 11 Pro and fingerprint login are included.
The 16-inch 16:10 panel is the practical argument for this class: more vertical space than a 15.6-inch 16:9 screen, which helps in editors, timelines and long documents as well as in games. The RTX 3060 is a discrete GPU from the previous generation, and it is priced accordingly — this is the value entry to RTX-class graphics, not the top of the range.
Refresh rate, battery, ports and weight are not published by Vidar, so no refresh-rate or frame-rate figure is claimed here. Those details are confirmed on quotation.
A first gaming laptop that doubles as a workstation for school, university or a creative job — especially where a 16:10 screen and expandable memory matter.
Vidar does not publish a refresh rate for this model, so we do not state one. Resolution is confirmed at 1920×1200; refresh rate comes with the written quotation.
It is a previous-generation discrete GPU that Vidar still offers at a lower price band than the RTX 4060 model. Whether it is enough depends on the titles and applications you run; we publish the model, not a performance verdict.
Vidar lists DDR4 options up to 64 GB, and the three configurations shown are the advertised pairings. Anything else is confirmed at quote.
Vidar offers SSD sizes from 128 GB to 4 TB at order, but it does not publish serviceability details. Treat the ordered capacity as fixed unless servicing is confirmed in writing.
