The Vidar Convert 14 is a 14-inch laptop on a 360-degree hinge. Folded one way it is a conventional clamshell; folded back it becomes a thick tablet for reading and marking up documents; stood as a tent it keeps the screen upright on a counter or tray table. The display is touch-enabled, so the postures are usable rather than decorative.
Power comes from an Intel N100 processor with integrated Intel graphics, and the machine ships with Windows 11 Pro and 16 GB of memory. SSD capacity is the variable: 512 GB, 1 TB or 2 TB at order. The body is grey, and the keyboard is a US layout with a second language available as a paid option.
It slots between the cheaper fixed-position laptops and the dual-screen models: you get one good 14-inch panel and the flexibility to change how you use it. Resolution, battery, ports and weight are unpublished and confirmed on quote.
Fits mixed jobs where the same person types, reads and presents: sales visits, field inspections, teaching and shared desk spaces.
Yes. The hinge rotates through 360 degrees, so the screen can sit flat against the underside of the chassis in tablet mode, or upright in a tent.
Vidar publishes 16 GB for this model and does not state a maximum. We do not publish an upgrade ceiling we cannot evidence; ask for the memory maximum to be confirmed on the quotation if a larger configuration matters.
The standard layout is US, with a second keyboard language offered as a paid option. Confirm the exact layout you need on the quote before ordering.
Vidar states touch input. An active stylus is not listed, so treat finger and capacitive stylus use as the supported case until confirmed.
